Only a few years ago I was an amateur web designer based in Lancashire with aspirations of a career online, and four years ago I took my first full time job as web producer with the company I work for. As a fairly inexperienced web designer I had to learn quickly and the internet was the source of most of my inspiration while at the same time helping me overcome a number of technical hurdles.
This learning curve became the inspiration for my website as I found that the vast majority of websites and forums were speaking from an experienced perspective and some of the things I needed to know were difficult to find, so starting my website to try and plug that gap was a fairly natural progression.
On these pages I will try and cover the basics of design, css, html and much more, as well as posting tutorials of things that I have found very useful over the past couple of years.
